The Work

1.  Love yourself.  Care about yourself.  Care for yourself.
2.  Love everyone else.  Look at them.  Find the beautiful thing.  Take care of it.  Take care of them.
3.  Don’t take care of them if it means not taking care of you.
4.  Set healthy boundaries.  Boundaries are not the same as barriers.  Do not set barriers.  One is fear.  One is love.  Keep choosing love.
5.  Go do the things.  The things you know you can do but are afraid.  You’ve been working on them in your heart and mind for long enough.  Give them over to your hands and feet.
